Good Samaritan Society – Lake Forest Village is located in one of Denton’s most prestigious neighborhoods, just north of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Our beautiful and peaceful wooded area includes a 10-acre fishing lake. We are the only retirement community in the area that offers this country-like atmosphere just minutes away from Denton’s largest shopping area and medical facilities.

Our 80-acre campus offers senior living options to help enhance your life — mind, body and soul.

Twin homes/duplexes are residential buildings that contain two separate living units within the same structure. These comfortable, easy-living residences offer you the freedom you desire along with the security you need. This is your home to decorate any way you wish with your own furnishings.

Our senior apartments provide convenient access to all that Good Samaritan Society – Lake Forest Village has to offer. You’ll find warm and welcoming neighbors as well as beautiful views of the lake. You’ll be close to walking trails to enjoy an abundance of nature as well as access to our healthcare center and nursing staff should you need them.

Our assisted living communities are licensed healthcare providers that offer residents housing, personal assistance, supportive services, and custom healthcare plans.

Our residents live in apartments or residential units and don’t require around-the-clock nursing supervision. Staff members are accessible 24 hours a day.

Our post-acute rehabilitation services are for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but would benefit from additional therapy and care before returning home following injury, illness or surgery. Our Medicare-certified post-acute rehab programs feature therapy gyms and include physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Our outpatient therapy provides therapeutic intervention to people of all ages following surgery, illness or injury when hospitalization or 24-hour nursing care is not required.

Our rehabilitation and skilled care (sometimes referred to as nursing home care, long-term care or skilled nursing care) refers to care that is provided for residents who need the assistance of rehabilitative and/or licensed nursing staff.

Therapeutic recreation programs and other specialized therapies are available to assist and encourage residents to live life to the fullest.
