Senior Independent Apartment Homes and Cottages
Each of the residents at Discovery Village At Twin Creeks lives in one of the 16 models of aesthetically pleasing apartments and cottages. Based on your preferences and needs, we help you create the home you’ll love. Our apartments and cottages range from 725 square feet of space to 1232 square feet of space and come with either one or two spacious bedrooms. Some models may come with a study or a sunroom in addition to the bedrooms.
Each of our senior independent living homes offers a fully furnished kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Every one of our kitchens and bathrooms has granite countertops and quality woodwork cabinetry. Moreover, resilient faux-wood plank floors run through each living area. The apartments also include air conditioning and heating units that the owner controls, as well as washers and dryers. Some models may also include a walk-in shower, covered patio, and access to a garage.
