Located on a two-acre site that features mature trees and a view of a creek, Oak Lawn Place is designed to be affirming for older LGBTQIA+ adults. Its central location provides easy access to entertainment, healthcare, public transportation, and community programs— yet offers a peaceful park-like setting to call home.

Oak Lawn Place is proud to offer:

• The two-acre campus is located at 5723 Sadler Circle, within walking distance of DART’s Inwood Road/Love Field commuter rail station.
• The 84 units will feature senior-minded details such as step-in showers and wheelchair-wide doors.
• Single and double occupancy units are available, and pets are welcome.
• State of the art gym, private party room and dog park are available to all residents
• Dedicated Resource Center staff on site will ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment
• An array of on-site activities and services such as financial literacy, exercise classes, and social gatherings will be offered.
• Rent will be based on income, and the property will be open to all. Residents must meet specific income qualification requirements to be considered.
